Psalm 91:5-8

You will not fear the terror of the night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday. (vs. 5-6)

We have no reason to fear anything that comes our way.

It doesn't matter how bad what is thrown at us may seem, we don't have anything to fear, because God is on our side and is protecting us.

A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked. (vs. 7-8)

Even when people all around us are falling to Satan's schemes, we can be assured of God's protection.

We will watch destruction around us, but we will protected.
